As we continue to innovate and expand, we are looking for a high-caliber Orthodontic Concierge & Treatment Liaison (internally known as our Treatment Coordinator) to serve as the face, voice, and trusted guide for our families.

The Opportunity: Your Role as a Liaison & Guide

In this role, you aren’t just managing a calendar—you are curating a premium patient experience from the initial handshake to the final, beautiful smile. You will act as a dedicated concierge, blending emotional intelligence with financial acumen to make life-changing care accessible and seamless.

  • Curate the First Impression: Welcome families into our practice, establishing an immediate atmosphere of warmth, luxury, and trust.
  • Consultative Storytelling: Translate complex orthodontic treatment plans into clear, exciting, and digestible goals for patients and parents.
  • Financial Architecture: Empower families by designing financial solutions, navigating insurance advantages, and structuring seamless payment plans.
  • Journey Management: Serve as the single point of contact for families, seamlessly coordinating scheduling, digital onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our elite clinical team and doctors to ensure the transition from consultation to care is flawless.

Who You Are

We are seeking a sophisticated communicator who knows how to close a deal by opening a relationship. You are driven, tech-savvy, and deeply empathetic.

  • Experienced: 2+ years of success in high-end sales, luxury hospitality, premium customer experience, or healthcare/dental consulting (orthodontic experience is a major plus, but we value talent and drive above all).
  • Educated & Articulate: A Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Communications, or Healthcare) is preferred. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to command a room with empathy.
  • Digitally Fluent: Comfortably navigate advanced CRM systems, digital scheduling platforms, and modern financial tools.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued, allowing you to connect with an even broader segment of our wonderful community.
