Gemeinsam langfristige Kundenbeziehungen gestalten Als unabhängiger Versicherungsmakler betreuen wir überwiegend gewerbliche Kunden und deren Unternehmen. Darüber hinaus beraten wir die Inhaber, Geschäftsführer und leitenden Mitarbeiter unserer Firmenkunden umfassend in allen Fragen der privaten Personenversicherung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Kundenbetreuer / Berater (m/w/d), der Freude an einer hochwertigen, persönlichen Beratung sowie am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen hat.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und ganzheitliche Beratung von Bestandskunden im Bereich der privaten Personenversicherung
  • Ausbau bestehender Kundenverbindungen durch bedarfsgerechte Beratung und Cross-Selling
  • Akquisition neuer Kunden und aktive Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Beratung in den Bereichen Altersvorsorge, Berufsunfähigkeitsversicherung, Krankenversicherung sowie Risikoabsicherung
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung individueller Versicherungskonzepte und Angebotsvergleiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Firmenkundenbetreuern und den Versicherungsgesellschaften
  • Begleitung der Kunden über den gesamten Beratungs- und Betreuungsprozess

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbereich (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen, Versicherungsfachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung privater Personenversicherungen
  • Freude am aktiven Vertrieb und an der Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber anspruchsvollen Kunden
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung mit Maklerverwaltungsprogrammen ist von Vorteil
