Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Datenmanagement: Du pflegst, aktualisierst und verwaltest zuverlässig unser CRM- und Kundenverwaltungssystem.
  • Tagesgeschäft: Du übernimmst die administrative und organisatorische Bürokoordination im Alltag.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist die kompetente und freundliche Ansprechperson für die telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit unseren Kunden und Versicherungsgesellschaften.
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Du unterstützt unser Beraterteam bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen und beim Erstellen von Angeboten.
  • Reibungslose Abwicklung: Du begleitest die Antragsabwicklung und unterstützt bei einer kundenorientierten Schadenbearbeitung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen, Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
  • Einen routinierten und sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernem CRM.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Erste Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Sachversicherungen. (Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger/innen mit starker Büro-Affinität arbeiten wir sehr gerne ein!)
