Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung im Innendienst (Teil- oder Vollzeit) für folgende Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Kommunikation mit Kunden (Antrag, Vertrag und Leistung) und Versicherungsgesellschaften (Antrag, Vertrag und Leistung)
  • Angebote erstellen und aufbereiten
  • Die Regulierungen von Schadenfällen begleiten und in kniffligen Fällen für den Kunden erfolgreich durchsetzen
  • Verträge der Kunden regelmäßig kontrollieren und „up to date“ halten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau oder Fachmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen, gerne mit Berufserfahrung
  • Optimalerweise haben Sie bereits bei einem Versicherungsmakler gearbeitet
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierung
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

Das Team der Wolf Assekuranz Service GmbH ist ein unabhängiges Versicherungsmaklerhaus in Essen. Unser zentral gelegenes Büro befindet sich auf der Alfredstraße, unweit der Gruga und der Messe Essen. Derzeit besteht unser Team aus fünf Personen, die in verschiedenen Zuständigkeiten freundlich, humorvoll und engagiert zusammenarbeiten.

Ab sofort suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied. Unterstützen Sie uns im Bereich der gewerblichen und privaten Versicherungen und betreuen Sie dabei unsere Kunden im Vertrags- und Schadenmanagement.
