🚗 What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll be busy—but in the best way. No two days are exactly the same—but here’s what you can expect:
- Connecting with customers by phone, text, email, and chat
- Scheduling service appointments for in-store visits as well as Mobile Service
- Following up with guests after their visit to ensure everything went great
- Reaching out to guests to schedule recalls, maintenance, and repairs
- Coordinating shuttles, rental vehicles, and complimentary pick-up and delivery

💬 What We’re Looking For

- Previous customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling experience
- Automotive experience or interest in the industry
