Tätigkeitsbereich Als Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer digitaler Projekte. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Fachbereich und Entwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte strukturiert, transparent und zielgerichtet umgesetzt werden. Du behältst Zeit, Budget und Qualität im Blick und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte sicher. Das erwartet dich konkret:

  • Du planst, steuerst und realisierst anspruchsvolle digitale Projekte in den Bereichen Digitalmarketing, Webportale, Content-Plattformen und E-Commerce
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer digitalen Vorhaben und bist ihr zentraler Ansprechpartner über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die Projektplanung, koordinierst Termine, erstellst Reports und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Du erarbeitest Kalkulationen, Projekt-Timings, Präsentationen und Angebote und schaffst damit die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Projektumsetzungen
  • Du planst und moderierst Workshops sowie Abstimmungen und unterstützt aktiv bei der Entwicklung passender digitaler Lösungen
  • Du behältst Budgets, Ressourcen und Projektziele jederzeit im Blick und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Steuerung komplexer digitaler Projekte mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Projekttools wie Jira, Confluence und Microsoft 365
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis für digitale Plattformen, Webanwendungen, CMS- oder E-Commerce-Systeme
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools (z.B. Copilot, Claude oder ähnlichen Anwendungen) und setzt diese effizient im Projektalltag ein
