Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) - Vertrieb unterstützt du unser Team nicht nur bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden – du hilfst Unternehmen dabei, im digitalen Zeitalter zukunftsfähig zu bleiben. Gemeinsam gestalten wir nachhaltige digitale Lösungen, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. Wir suchen niemanden für „nebenbei“, sondern Menschen, die mit uns wachsen wollen. Bei uns bist du ab Tag 1 ein vollwertiges Teammitglied, übernimmst Verantwortung und baust dir das Fundament für deine langfristige Karriere in der Digitalbranche auf – sehr gerne auch über dein Studium hinaus.

Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsprozesses – von der Vorbereitung von Terminen und Präsentationen bis zur Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Consulting zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Strategien
  • Erste Leadqualifizierung (Discovery): Du analysierst eingehende Inbound-Leads sowie Kampagnen-Ergebnisse und führst erste Qualifizierungsgespräche, um Bedarf, Budget und Entscheiderstrukturen zu identifizieren.
  • Smartes Pitch- & Terminkoordinatons-Management: Du strukturierst den Erstkontakt, steuerst die Abstimmung zwischen Kunden und Consultants und bereitest die Termine inhaltlich vor.
  • PreSales-Research & Account-Analyse: Vor strategischen Meetings analysierst du das digitale Ökosystem potenzieller Kunden und arbeitest konkrete Anknüpfpunkte für unser Team heraus.

Deine Qualifikation

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Marketing, Sales und Entrepreneurship oder Account Management von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für digitale Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Lernbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
