The posting

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can independently develop and maintain complete business applications across frontend, backend, database, APIs and cloud/deployment environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8/10, SQL Server and modern frontend/mobile development, along with practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate software development.

The candidate should be capable of taking a feature from:

Requirement → UI → Database → API → Business Logic → Integration → Testing → Deployment

with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop and maintain end-to-end business applications. Convert business requirements into technical solutions. Develop responsive web and mobile interfaces. Develop REST APIs and backend services. Design database structures and optimize SQL queries. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Debug and resolve frontend, backend and database issues. Participate in architecture and technical decisions. Maintain existing applications and develop new modules.

2. Backend – .NET

Strong hands-on experience with:

  • C# .NET 8 / .NET 10 ASP.NET Core ASP.NET Core Web API Entity Framework Core Dependency Injection Middleware REST APIs Swagger / OpenAPI JWT Authentication Role-Based Authorization Background Services SignalR / WebSockets API versioning Caching Logging and exception handling

Knowledge of legacy ASP.NET MVC / .NET Framework is preferred for maintaining existing applications.

Web Development

Knowledge of:

  • HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript React / Angular Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS

is preferred.

Candidate should understand how frontend applications communicate with .NET APIs.

3. Database – SQL Server

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is mandatory.

Experience with:

  • SQL Server 2019/2022/2025 Database design Tables Relationships Primary/Foreign Keys Indexes Views Stored Procedures Functions Transactions CTE Window Functions Query optimization Execution plans Deadlock and blocking analysis Database migration Backup and recovery

Candidate should be capable of identifying and resolving slow database queries.

4. API & Third-Party Integration

Candidate should have experience integrating:

  • Payment gateways SMS APIs Email APIs WhatsApp APIs GST/verification APIs Logistics APIs Maps/location APIs Cloud services AI/LLM APIs Authentication services

Strong understanding of:

  • REST JSON Webhooks OAuth JWT API authentication API rate limiting Retry mechanisms Idempotency Error handling

5. AI-Assisted Software Development – Mandatory

The candidate must be comfortable using AI tools as part of the regular development workflow.

Experience with:

  • Cursor GitHub Copilot ChatGPT Claude or equivalent AI coding tools

is expected.

The developer should use AI for:

  • Code generation UI development API development SQL query generation Stored procedure creation Debugging Refactoring Unit test generation Documentation Code review Error analysis Legacy code understanding Performance optimization Creating technical documentation Generating test cases

Expected workflow

Requirement → AI-assisted implementation → Developer review → Testing → Optimization → Production

The developer must understand that AI-generated code needs to be reviewed, validated, secured and tested before deployment.

6. AI / LLM Integration

Experience with AI integration is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of:

  • OpenAI API Azure OpenAI LLM APIs Prompt engineering Function/tool calling Embeddings Vector databases RAG AI chatbot integration AI agents Speech-to-text Text-to-speech Voice AI

is preferred.

The candidate should be capable of integrating AI functionality into existing .NET applications.

7. Software Architecture

Understanding of:

  • Clean Architecture SOLID principles Layered Architecture Dependency Injection Repository/Service patterns Modular architecture Microservices Event-driven architecture API versioning Distributed systems Caching

Candidate should know when to use a modular monolith vs. microservices based on actual business requirements.

9. Security

Good understanding of:

  • JWT OAuth 2.0 Role-based access control HTTPS Encryption Password hashing SQL injection prevention XSS CSRF Input validation Secure API development Secure file upload Secrets management OWASP principles

9. Performance & Scalability

Candidate should be able to troubleshoot:

  • Slow API response Slow SQL queries High CPU usage High memory usage Database blocking/deadlocks API timeout 502/503/504 errors Background job failures High concurrent traffic

Experience with:

  • Redis Distributed caching Background workers Queues Database indexing Query optimization Load testing

is preferred.

10. DevOps & Deployment

Working knowledge of:

  • Git GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps CI/CD Docker Docker Compose IIS Windows Server Azure Environment configuration Application logging Monitoring

Preferred:

  • Azure App Service Azure SQL Azure Storage Azure Functions Application Gateway GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Pipelines

11. Testing

Candidate should have experience with:

  • Unit Testing Integration Testing API Testing

Tools:

  • xUnit / NUnit Moq Postman Swagger Automated API testing

12. Git & Development Practices

Candidate should understand:

  • Git branching Pull requests Code reviews Merge conflicts Version control Release management CI/CD workflows

Should follow clean coding and proper documentation practices.
