The posting

Company Overview

Founded in 2014, and listed on the ASX since 2015, Superloop’s purpose is to enable better internet for Australian homes and businesses through reimagining how telco should be delivered. We enable challenger retail brands (including Superloop and Exetel brands) to take a larger share of the market, leveraging Superloop’s Infrastructure-on-Demand platform. Superloop provides connectivity and services to customers in three segments of the market: Consumer, Business and Wholesale. Through Smart Communities, we own and operate extensive fibre to the premises (FTTP) and managed Wi-Fi networks that service residential and commercial communities including multi-unit dwellings. Through Neoloop we offer open access to our FTTP networks to other Retail Service Providers. Our offerings leverage Superloop’s investments in physical infrastructure assets that include fibre, subsea cables and fixed wireless, as well as Superloop’s software platforms. Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses rely on Superloop and Exetel every day for their connectivity needs.

  • Support enterprise wireless networking solutions using Meraki and Ruckus platforms.
  • Manage network authentication services, including Microsoft NPS, RADIUS, and 802.1X access control solutions.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the team’s overall networking capability and reduce reliance on individual subject matter experts.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, capacity planning, performance optimisation, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, support procedures, and technical standards.
  • Participate in after-hours support, maintenance activities, and on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience supporting enterprise networks across multiple sites and countries.
  • Strong Cisco and Juniper networking experience in corporate and datacentre environments.
  • Proven expertise with routing and switching technologies, particularly BGP, OSPF, and advanced Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
  • Experience supporting storage networking and datacentre infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions.
  • Strong wireless networking experience using Meraki and Ruckus platforms.
  • Experience managing RADIUS authentication services, including Microsoft NPS and 802.1X.
  • Extensive firewall administration experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and pfSense.
  • Strong understanding of network security, resiliency, high availability, and disaster recovery principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Enterprise, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with network automation tools and scripting.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and network programmability.
  • Exposure to ZTNA and SASE architectures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
