Functieomschrijving

Als Test Manager bij SUPERP vervul je een sleutelrol in het borgen van kwaliteit binnen complexe IT-projecten en digitale transformaties bij onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, optimaliseren en aansturen van teststrategieën, –processen en –teams. Je opereert zowel adviserend als regisserend, afhankelijk van de behoefte van de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen van een integrale teststrategie passend bij het project, programma of verandertraject.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van testteams, inclusief planning, voortgangsrapportage en kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Adviseren van klanten over QA-vraagstukken zoals testvolwassenheid, procesverbetering, automatisering en kwaliteitsaanpak.
  • Leiden van QA-verandertrajecten, waaronder het implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen, frameworks of tooling.
  • Coördineren van alle testactiviteiten binnen agile, hybride of watervalprojecten.
  • Inrichten en verbeteren van testprocessen op basis van best practices.
  • Bewaken van risico’s en kwaliteitscriteria en tijdig escaleren waar nodig.
  • Stakeholdermanagement op alle niveaus.
  • Opstellen van rapportages, dashboards en adviezen die richting geven aan beslissingen.
  • Optreden als QA-ambassadeur binnen de klantorganisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Test Manager, QA Consultant of vergelijkbare rol.
  • Ervaring met opzetten en uitvoeren van teststrategieën.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in aansturen van QA- of testteams.
  • ISTQB, TMAP gecertificeerd;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Ervaring met verandertrajecten op gebied van QA.
  • Kennis van SAP, Salesforce, Mendix of Microsoft omgevingen zijn een pré.
