Onze meest ervaren consultants hebben een speciaal traineeship opgezet dat jou opleidt tot Mendix-ontwikkelaar. Je leert het Mendix-platform kennen, inclusief de theorie achter de knoppen. Zo ben je snel klaar om aan de slag te gaan bij een van onze projecten. Als Mendix-ontwikkelaar ben je verzekerd van een succesvolle carrière. Want geloof ons maar, low-code heeft de toekomst. Functieomschrijving

Als Trainee Mendix Developer leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om een sterke start te maken als Mendix Developer. Je maakt kennis met Mendix, onze klanten en de manier waarop wij werken. Je volgt trainingen in Mendix, persoonlijk leiderschap en behaalt je Scrum-certificaat. In het begin verzorgt onze Mendix-trainer jouw opleiding, waarna je verder begeleid wordt door een senior consultant. Daarna ga je aan de slag bij een van onze klanten en pas je je kennis toe in de praktijk.

Bij MxBlue | SUPERP ontwikkel je jouw IT-talent verder met collega’s die daar ook plezier in hebben. Heb je nog weinig ervaring in de IT of met Mendix? Dan leiden wij je op. Talent en vaardigheid zijn belangrijk, maar nieuwsgierigheid is dat net zo goed. Als jij het in je hebt om samen met ons de beste oplossingen te ontwikkelen voor onze klanten, bieden we jou die kans maar wat graag.

Wat breng je mee?

Must-haves:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of universitaire opleiding in de richting van ICT/Informatica, Business IT & Management, Data, AI, Informatiekunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde met IT-specialisatie, etc.
  • De drive om te leren en jezelf continu te verbeteren.
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen om problemen te doorgronden en op te lossen.
  • Teamgevoel: je luistert, deelt ideeën en werkt goed samen.
  • Flexibiliteit om mee te bewegen met nieuwe technologie of veranderende situaties.

  • Een salaris van €2.900,- bruto per maand.
  • Kies een leaseauto, kilometer/ov-vergoeding of laat je mobiliteitsvergoeding van €500 p/m uitbetalen.
  • Een contract van onbepaalde tijd.
  • Een intensief traineeship met begeleiding van zowel een Mendix-trainer als een senior consultant.
