Misión:

Gestionar comercial y proactivamente la cartera de empresas Pymes asignada, haciendo crecer la misma en términos de volúmenes Xsell y rentabilidad. Un fuerte foco en la captación de clientes de calidad y plan sueldo (cuidando la calidad de la cartera). Se busca perfiles flexibles que prioricen el trabajo en equipo y tengan una fuerte orientación a resultados.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la cartera Pyme asignada. Lograr los objetivos propuestos por la organización en términos de Volúmenes, Xsell y altas de clientes.
  • Planificación, seguimiento de embudos y gestiones comerciales. Trabajar de forma planificada para lograr los objetivos sin presentar desvíos, y si se presentan lograr corregirlos rápidamente.
  • Trabajar con Metodología y profesionalismo. Cumplimiento del modelo de gestión comercial y sinergia de negocios con la red de sucursales.
  • Desarrollo de planes de negocio y tácticas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Plan de negocios propio para la zona de influencia con foco en el “como” se logran los objetivos.
  • Relacionamiento con sectores operativos, comerciales y de crédito (Networking). Mantener una fluida comunicación y relación con todos los sectores internos que impacten en la gestión del negocio y del cliente.
  • Preparación y participación en los comités de créditos. Lograr que aprueben las líneas que se proponen con profesionalismo en la presentación.
  • Protagonismo en la zona de influencia. Lograr que los clientes lo reconozcan como un referente en su zona.
  • Propiciar el buen clima, sentido de pertenencia y compañerismo. Trabajar en equipo propiciando el buen clima.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios completos o en curso avanzado en Administración, Economía, Finanzas, Comercialización, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en gestión comercial, preferentemente en banca PyME, atención a empresas, ventas o gestión de carteras comerciales.
  • Conocimientos del sistema financiero, productos bancarios para empresas y nociones de análisis crediticio.
  • Perfil comercial con habilidades para detectar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo y concretar cierres comerciales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y escucha activa, con orientación a resultados y vocación de servicio al cliente.
