Misión:

• Administrar y desarrollar la relación con su cartera de clientes de Banca Corporativa/Megra, trayendo nuevos y aumentando el cross sell con los existentes de acuerdo con Plan Estratégico del Banco.

Principales responsabilidades:

◦ Desarrollar la cartera actual de clientes: Mantener los clientes existentes, incrementando nuestra participación financiera en la empresa, logrando mayores ingresos para la banca, con especial foco en la reciprocidad.

◦ Lograr que estos clientes incorporen las distintas soluciones que el Banco tiene para sus necesidades financieras, con especial foco en los productos transaccionales: Mejorar el cross sell, y sobre todo con productos de Cash Management, que mejoren los ingresos por comisiones y fondeo transaccional. Al ser clientes con bajo/nula demanda de préstamos, esto mejorara en PNB/Activos total de la Banca.

◦ Incorporar nuevos clientes: Asegurar la captación de nuevos clientes al banco, herramienta indispensable para generar y optimizar ingresos a la banca

◦ Realizar el seguimiento de la evolución de deudas de clientes actuales de la banca empresas, mediante Bantotal, Nosis, informes de Microstrategy, etc:

Mantener las previsiones dentro de los parámetros normales, minimizando posibles pérdidas al banco

◦ Diseñar y organizar un método de trabajo o bien un plan de acción que incluya los objetivos a alcanzar del plan de negocios: Contribuir con nuestro aporte al resultado esperado por el directorio del banco.

Requisitos

◦ Lic. Administración, Comercialización, Contador, Ingeniero Industrial o Carreras Afines. Preferentemente con posgrado.

◦ Ingles intermedio o superior.

◦ Experiencia comprobable en análisis de balances.

◦ 4 años de experiencia administrando cartera de Empresas.

◦ Perfil Comercial.
