Misión:

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Relationship Manager Hunter para unirse a nuestra sucursal en Córdoba, Argentina. Buscamos un profesional Senior apasionado por las ventas y los negocios, con habilidades excepcionales para la gestión y desarrollo de relaciones con clientes del segmento de Banca Corporativa/Megra.

Como Relationship Manager Hunter, tu misión principal será administrar y desarrollar la relación con tu cartera de clientes, generando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y fomentando el cross sell con los clientes existentes, todo en línea con el Plan Estratégico de la empresa

Principales responsabilidades:

◦ Desarrollar la cartera clientes: Mantener y fortalecer la relación con los clientes existentes, incrementando la participación financiera del Banco en cada empresa y generando mayores ingresos para la banca, con especial foco en la reciprocidad.

◦ Impulsar la adopción de soluciones financieras del Banco: Promover que los clientes incorporen las distintas soluciones financieras disponibles, con especial foco en productos transaccionales. Potenciar el cross sell, particularmente a través de soluciones de Cash Management, que permitan incrementar los ingresos por comisiones y el fondeo transaccional. Esta estrategia contribuirá a mejorar el PNB/Activos totales de la Banca.

◦ Incorporar nuevos clientes: Asegurar la captación de nuevas empresas para ampliar la cartera, generando oportunidades de negocio y contribuyendo al crecimiento de los ingresos de la banca.

◦ Monitorear la evolución financiera de los clientes: Realizar el seguimiento de la evolución de deuda de los clientes de Banca Empresas mediante herramientas como Bantotal, Nosis e informes de MicroStrategy, con el objetivo de mantener las previsiones dentro de parámetros adecuados y minimizar posibles riesgos o pérdidas para el Banco.

◦ Definir y ejecutar un plan de acción alineado al plan de negocios: Diseñar y organizar un método de trabajo que contemple los objetivos comerciales definidos, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los resultados esperados por el Directorio del Banco.

Requisitos

Formación académica: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Contador Público, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Se valorará contar con estudios de posgrado.

◦ Idiomas: Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior.

◦ Conocimientos técnicos: Experiencia comprobable en análisis de balances e interpretación de información financiera.

◦ Experiencia profesional: Al menos 4 años de experiencia en la administración y gestión de cartera de clientes del segmento Empresas.

◦ Competencias: Marcado perfil comercial, con capacidad para desarrollar relaciones con clientes, identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar nuevas vinculaciones.
