Job Summary
We are seeking an Asset Deployment Specialist to support the management, deployment, and maintenance of company technology assets across headquarters and branch locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, preparing and configuring equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with technology installations at branch locations.
The ideal candidate is organized, technically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate technology asset and inventory records and resolve asset discrepancies with branch locations.
- Assign, receive, track, and manage technology assets using asset management systems.
- Process equipment requests and IT support tickets.
- Assess, clean, label, prepare, package, and ship technology equipment.
- Travel to branch locations to install network, workstation, kiosk, and other technology equipment.
- Build and mount network cabinets and install patch cabling.
- Coordinate with Network, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, and IT teams on technology deployments and projects.
- Image and configure computers using imaging tools and Active Directory.
- Perform operating system and software updates, DNS updates, and endpoint protection configuration.
- Configure and maintain Raspberry Pi kiosk devices and deployment images.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.
- Replace hardware components such as batteries, RAM, screens, keyboards, and other parts.
- Assist with kiosk assembly and integration of 3D-printed components.
- Support special technology projects and headquarters IT requests.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to complete technology-related projects.

Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Asset management systems, including Asset Panda
- Active Directory
- FOG Project or other computer imaging tools
- Microsoft Outlook
- Freshdesk or other ticketing systems
- Windows operating systems
- Network cabling and hardware installation
- Printer troubleshooting and maintenance
- Raspberry Pi configuration
- Hardware repair and component replacement
- Technology inventory and asset management
Work Environment
This position involves a combination of headquarters based work, equipment preparation and troubleshooting, and travel to branch locations for technology installations and deployments. The role may require lifting, moving, and handling computer equipment and other technology hardware.
