General Labor Associate

Schedule: 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable and motivated General Labor Associates for multiple production positions at a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This is a great opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain valuable manufacturing experience, and pursue long-term employment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Inspect finished products for quality and defects
  • Remove, organize, and package finished products
  • Load and move materials as needed
  • Perform repetitive production and manufacturing tasks
  • Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
