Nous recherchons un.e Responsable Marketing stratégique et innovant.e pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le développement, la mise en œuvre et l'optimisation des campagnes marketing qui soutiennent notre mission et augmentent notre portée sur le marché.

Responsabilités et Missions Principales du Responsable Marketing

Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies marketing alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et générer des prospects de qualité.

Analyser les tendances du marché et les audiences cibles pour adapter les campagnes et maximiser leur efficacité.

Superviser et optimiser les programmes de marketing numérique, y compris le SEO, le SEM, et le marketing sur les réseaux sociaux.

Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour s'assurer que les campagnes sont bien alignées avec la stratégie globale de communication de l'entreprise.

Gérer le budget marketing, en assurant un ROI optimal pour chaque campagne lancée.

Compétences Requises pour le Rôle

Excellente compréhension des principes de marketing numérique, y compris une forte expertise en SEO et en gestion des médias sociaux.

Compétences analytiques solides pour interpréter les données et traduire les analyses en actions concrètes.

Capacités de communication exceptionnelles, à la fois en interne et avec des partenaires externes.

Créativité et capacité à innover dans la conception de campagnes marketing percutantes.

Forte aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement au rythme rapide.

Qualifications et Expérience Requises

Baccalauréat en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe ; une maîtrise est un plus.

Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience dans un rôle de marketing similaire.

Expérience démontrée dans l'élaboration de stratégies SEO efficaces et la gestion de campagnes numériques.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec la capacité de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
