Stellenbeschreibung

Als Managing Director (Customer Delivery & Service) (m/w/d) tragen Sie die unternehmerische Gesamtverantwortung für Heusch/Boesefeldt. Sie verbinden wirtschaftliche Führung mit technischer Lösungs- und Delivery-Kompetenz und stellen sicher, dass komplexe Verkehrsmanagement- und Softwaresysteme zuverlässig, profitabel und kundenorientiert geliefert und betrieben werden.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Strategie, Ergebnis, Liquidität, Organisation und Führung der GmbH mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden
  • End-to-End-Steuerung von Kundenprojekten und Services – von Pre-Sales und Angebot bis Go-live, L3-Support und Customer Success
  • Sicherstellung von Termin, Budget, Qualität und SLAs; Steuerung von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten zu Product, R&D, DevOps, QA, PMO und Release Management
  • Verantwortung für Bid-/No-Bid, Aufwandsschätzungen, technische Zusagen sowie die Abgrenzung von Produkt- und Projektumfang
  • Priorisierung von Portfolio und Ressourcen, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Delivery-Leistung sowie Vertretung gegenüber SWARCO, Kunden, Partnern und Behörden

Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer:in oder in vergleichbarer Gesamtverantwortung in einem Software-, Technologie- oder Straßenverkehrsunternehmen
  • Nachweisbare Führungs-, Projekt- und Programmmanagementerfahrung in komplexen Delivery- und Serviceorganisationen
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Software, verteilter Systeme sowie moderner Entwicklungs-, DevOps-, QA- und Release-Prozesse
  • Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen und kaufmännischer Unternehmenssteuerung; Straßenverkehrskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Technisches Studium im Bereich Verkehr oder MINT bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation; unternehmerisch, analytisch, kommunikations- und verhandlungsstark
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Deutschlandweite Reisetätigkeit
