Wir entwickeln hochverfügbare Softwarelösungen für modernes Verkehrsmanagement auf Autobahnen und Fernstraßen. Für den Ausbau unserer interurbanen Produktlinie suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung mit aktiver Softwareentwicklung vereint.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Teamführung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung, Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Ressourcenplanung sowie Förderung der individuellen Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams
  • Hands-on-Entwicklung: Aktive Mitarbeit an Softwarearchitektur und Coding, sowie bei der Anbindung moderner Web-Oberflächen und Schnittstellen (APIs)
  • Verkehrstechnische Logik: Entwicklung und Steuerung von Systemen zur Streckenbeeinflussung, Seitenstreifenfreigabe und Stauwarnung
  • Normen & Standards: Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die Einhaltung der BASt-Richtlinien sicher und verankern die Standards MARZ und TLS im Entwicklungsalltag
  • Projekt- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten, Priorisierung von Aufgaben sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Qualität & Agilität: Durchführung von Code-Reviews, Fehlerbehebung und Vorleben agiler Prozesse (unter Nutzung von Jira/Confluence)

Qualifikationen

  • Fundament & Führung: Studium (Informatik, Verkehrstechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Praxis in der Teamführung
  • Tech-Stack: Sehr gutes Fullstack-Verständnis mit tiefgehender Erfahrung im Backend (C und/oder Java) sowie Vertrautheit mit modernen Frontend-Technologien (z. B. Web-Architekturen, TypeScript, React)
  • Infrastruktur & Methoden: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows und Linux sowie gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, Container-Technologien (z. B. Docker, K8s), modernen CI/CD-Pipelines und Git
  • Domänenwissen (von Vorteil): Kenntnisse im Bereich Verkehrsbeeinflussungsanlagen sowie den Standards BASt, MARZ und TLS sind ideal, aber kein Muss
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Führung durch Vorbild, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen
