Im Lausitzbad wird Bewegung zum Erlebnis: Ob Rehabilitation, Prävention oder einfach nur Spaß am Sport – hier stehen die Menschen und ihre individuellen Ziele im Mittelpunkt. Jetzt kommen Sie ins Spiel!

Als Physio- oder Sporttherapeut / Krankengymnast / Schwimmlehrer (m/w/d) sind Sie Trainer, Motivator und vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner. Sie vermitteln Freude an Bewegung, begleiten unsere Gäste professionell und sorgen mit Ihrem Fachwissen dafür, dass Gesundheit gefördert und Fortschritte spürbar werden.

Mit Ihrem Engagement, Ihrer Kompetenz und Ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung gestalten Sie aktiv ein Umfeld, in dem sich unsere Besucher sicher, gut betreut und willkommen fühlen – egal ob im Wasser oder an Land.

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams – und machen Sie das Lausitzbad Hoyerswerda zu einem Ort, an dem Menschen über sich hinauswachsen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Sie führen gesundheitsorientierte Wasser- und Bewegungsangebote durch – von Aquafitness bis Reha-Sport.
  • Sie leiten Schwimmkurse für alle Altersgruppen – vom Wassergewöhnungskurs bis zum Fortgeschrittenentraining.
  • Sie übernehmen die Abrechnung der Kurse mit den Krankenkassen.
  • Sie unterstützen das Team in der Wasseraufsicht und leisten Erste Hilfe sowie Rettungsmaßnahmen bei Bedarf.
  • Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Gäste individuell und mit Herz.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen bei Veranstaltungen und Sonderprogrammen ein.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team des Bades zusammen – und gestalten unser Angebot aktiv mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Physio- oder Sporttherapeut, Krankengymnast oder Sportlehrer (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Schwimmausbildung und im Bereich Aquasport – oder pädagogische Kompetenzen aus vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
  • Die Fähigkeit, Ihre theoretischen Kenntnisse in praxisnahe, methodisch durchdachte Kursstunden zu übersetzen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen jeden Alters sowie ein serviceorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst – auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
