Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Koordination und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Fernwärme (Netze, Anlagen, Infrastruktur) • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Fernwärmeversorgung • Betreuung und Steuerung von Investitions- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen • Überwachung von Projektkosten, Terminen und Qualitäten (Budgetverantwortung) • Durchführung von Zustandsanalysen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen • Sicherstellung der technischen Dokumentation und Planführung des Anlagenbestandes • Analyse und Bewertung von Betriebsdaten (z. B. Netzbilanzen) zur Optimierung der Versorgung • Mitwirkung bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung und strategischen Ausrichtung der Fernwärmesysteme • Koordination externer Dienstleister, Planer und Behörden • Durchsetzung aller relevanten gesetzlichen, technischen und arbeitsschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften (insb. AGFW-Regelwerk) • Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die technische Leitung • Unterstützung im operativen Betrieb sowie Mitwirkung bei Störungsanalysen

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtungen Versorgungs-/ Energietechnik/ Maschinenbau/ Verfahrenstechnik/ Bauingenieurwesen (Tiefbau/ Rohrleitungsbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert • Mehrjährige Branchenerfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer Infrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise im Bereich Fernwärme oder Energieversorgung • Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Planung von Fernwärmeanlagen und Netzen wünschenswert • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Regelwerken (u. a. AGFW) • Erfahrung in der Auswertung technischer Daten und Netzanalysen • Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Vergabewesen von Vorteil • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise von hoher Qualität • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern • Analytisches und interdisziplinäres Denken sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte/ Prozesse verständlich aufzubereiten • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
