Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und Zählerstammdaten der Standardlastprofilkunden und leistungsabhängigen Kunden, einschließlich der Bereitstellung von Ableseunterlagen in der Netznutzung
  • Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Versorgungsleistungen an Netznutzungskunden im Rahmen der Marktkommunikation
  • Durchführung des elektronischen Datenaustausches der Marktprozesse Lieferantenwechsel, Zählerstands-/Zählwertübermittlung der elektronischen Netznutzungsabrechnung sowie Stammdatenänderungen
  • Abwicklung der sich aus dem Wechselprozess im Messstellenbetrieb (WiM) ergebenen Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Netzbetrieb VBH
  • Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen (INVOIC, REMADV) aus der Netznutzungsabrechnung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Anfragen und Einsprüchen der Lieferanten und Transportkunden
  • Aufbereitung und Versand von standardisierten Kundenbriefen im Rahmen der Lieferantenwechsel

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der energiewirtschaftlichen Abläufe und der energierechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen wünschenswert
  • zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Termintreue
  • ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und kollegiales Verhalten
  • Leistungsfähigkeit in Stresssituationen
  • hohes Interesse am Aufbau und der Realisierung effizienter Prozessgestaltung
  • unternehmerisches Denken und zielorientiertes Handeln
  • vertriebsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Ziel einer hohen Qualitätsgüte
  • bestenfalls Erfahrungen mit Software Navision (Dynamics 365 Business Central) und BelVis Transfer
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
