Stellenbeschreibung

  • selbständiges Instrumentieren und Zudienen von Eingriffen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Hand- und Allgemeinchirurgie sowie Urologie
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Saal interdisziplinär und interprofessionell
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Asepsis Richtlinien
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte OP-spezifische Dokumentation (OP Pflegedokumentation/Leistungserfassung)

Qualifikationen

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF OP oder dipl. Fachperson OT HF, von Vorteil mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Belegarztsystem
  • hohe Flexibilität, vielseitiges Fachwissen sowie das nötige Verständnis für die unterschied­lichsten OP-Techniken, von Vorteil Erfahrung mit orthopädischen Operationen (Knie- und Hüftgelenksersatz)
  • eine verantwortungsbewusste, dienstleistungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit grosser Freude an ihrem Beruf
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse EDV
  • Bereitschaft zu teamorientiertem Arbeiten
  • Flexibilität
  • Innovation
