Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef(fe) de Projet applicatif pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Renens.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Piloter des projets d'évolution applicative en garantissant le respect du périmètre, des délais et de la qualité attendue.
  • Coordonner les acteurs métiers, techniques et les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans les projets.
  • Assurer le suivi des activités de développement, d'intégration et de mise en production des solutions.
  • Contribuer à l'analyse fonctionnelle des besoins et à la formalisation des spécifications.
  • Participer aux instances de gouvernance et assurer le reporting auprès des responsables de projet et des comités de pilotage.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la priorisation et le suivi des travaux au sein d'un environnement agile.
  • Participer aux stratégies de tests, aux validations fonctionnelles et à l'amélioration continue des processus.
  • Veiller à l'application des standards, méthodologies et bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet.
  • Expérience confirmée en développement d'applications web, idéalement en tant que développeur avant d'évoluer vers la gestion de projet.
  • Très bonnes connaissances des environnements Java, Angular
  • Maîtrise des principes fondamentaux de la gestion de projet, incluant la définition du périmètre, l'estimation des coûts et le respect des délais.
  • Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet telles que Waterfall, Agile ou hybride, avec capacité d'adaptation selon le contexte.
  • Compétences techniques solides permettant d'aborder sereinement les technologies utilisées (frameworks, architectures, outils DevOps).
  • Capacité à rédiger des spécifications et à participer activement aux tests des fonctionnalités développées.
  • Maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral. Compréhension de l’anglais
  • Esprit structuré, rigueur et dynamisme pour piloter des sujets complexes et coordonner plusieurs acteurs.
