Nous ouvrons un poste de Lead Business Analyst pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Lausanne, dans le secteur des assurances. Dans un environnement applicatif complexe et fortement interconnecté, vous jouerez un rôle clé auprès des équipes métier, produit et IT, tout en accompagnant une équipe de Business Analysts dans l'évolution des pratiques d'analyse et la réussite des projets stratégiques liés aux produits de prévoyance et à la souscription.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Assurer le rôle de référent en Business Analyse et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques au sein du domaine.
  • Définir, faire évoluer et standardiser les méthodes, modèles et livrables d'analyse métier et fonctionnelle.
  • Accompagner et coacher les Business Analysts à travers des revues, du mentorat et des retours constructifs.
  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des parties prenantes en exigences fonctionnelles claires.
  • Traduire les besoins métier en solutions applicatives et contribuer à la rédaction des epics, user stories et critères d'acceptation.
  • Coordonner les activités d'analyse impliquant plusieurs analystes et garantir la qualité des livrables produits.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement afin d'assurer une compréhension commune des besoins.
  • Participer aux activités de tests, de recette, de déploiement ainsi qu'aux cérémonies Agile.
  • Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en Business Analyse, dont une expérience confirmée en tant que Lead Business Analyst ou référent métier.
  • Solide expertise dans la définition et l'amélioration de méthodologies, standards et livrables de Business Analyse.
  • Expérience avérée en coaching, accompagnement et montée en compétence d'équipes de Business Analysts.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'analyse métier et fonctionnelle dans des environnements complexes.
  • Expérience significative sur des architectures intégrant des API et de multiples systèmes interconnectés.
  • Très bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile, notamment Scrum, ainsi que des outils Jira et Confluence.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance, idéalement en prévoyance, constitue un atout.
  • La connaissance des parcours de souscription digitaux, des environnements Java/Angular ou une certification en Business Analyse est appréciée.
  • Français courant et anglais niveau B2 minimum
