Nous ouvrons un poste de Business Analyst afin de renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé dans le canton de Zurich. La mission consiste à accompagner l’administration publique dans l’analyse de ses processus métiers, la définition des besoins et l’évolution de ses applications internes.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Animer des ateliers afin de comprendre les enjeux opérationnels, identifier les irritants et recueillir les attentes des parties prenantes.
  • Examiner et représenter les processus existants, puis concevoir les processus cibles en vue d’optimiser les activités.
  • Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées servant de base aux équipes de développement.
  • Formaliser les exigences métier et les contraintes techniques nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des solutions.
  • Utiliser des approches d’innovation telles que le Design Thinking pour enrichir les propositions.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes métier et les équipes IT afin de garantir une compréhension commune.
  • Préparer la documentation et les supports nécessaires à la formation des utilisateurs.
  • Participer activement aux actions de conduite du changement pour assurer une adoption fluide des nouvelles solutions.
  • Solide expérience en Business Analyse dans des environnements complexes.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils et standards de modélisation (BPMN, UML, outils de récoltes des besoins).
  • Capacité à repérer les dysfonctionnements dans les processus et à proposer des améliorations réalistes et efficaces.
  • Connaissance confirmée en modélisation et structuration de données.
  • Rigueur méthodologique, esprit analytique et sens du détail.
  • Aisance relationnelle permettant d’interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand niveau C1 selon les critères du marché.
