Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef(fe) de projet IT pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé dans le canton de Zurich. La mission consiste à piloter des projets informatiques à fort enjeu au sein d'une administration publique, en collaboration étroite avec les unités métier et les équipes techniques.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Structurer, planifier et diriger des projets IT dans un cadre administratif exigeant.
  • Organiser et animer des ateliers avec les équipes métier afin de recueillir et clarifier les besoins fonctionnels.
  • Décrire et documenter les processus existants (IST) ainsi que les processus cibles (SOLL).
  • Superviser l’avancement des livrables et garantir la qualité des résultats fournis.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris dans le cadre d’initiatives transversales.
  • Préparer des documents d’aide à la décision et proposer des stratégies de mise en œuvre.
  • S’assurer du respect des standards de gouvernance et des méthodologies appliquées au sein de l’administration.
  • Solides connaissances en gestion d’entreprise, idéalement acquises dans un environnement public.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT de taille significative.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet, notamment HERMES.
  • Forte aptitude à analyser les besoins, structurer les informations et coordonner plusieurs acteurs.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et capacité à vulgariser des enjeux complexes.
  • Capacité avérée à traduire les besoins métier en exigences opérationnelles.
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand niveau C1, conforme aux standards requis.
