Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef(fe) de projet IT afin de renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé proche de Fribourg.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Superviser la gestion de projets informatiques en appliquant la méthodologie Hermes
  • Intégrer les principes de l'Agilité dans la conduite des projets
  • Comprendre les enjeux spécifiques des projets IT tout en s'impliquant dans les aspects métier
  • Gérer des projets présentant une certaine complexité et des enjeux politiques
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes pour assurer la réussite des projets
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets et des délais pour les projets de taille moyenne
  • Participer à la coordination avec un chef de projet senior sur des projets majeurs
  • Diplôme d’études supérieures en informatique (HES, EPF, Master, …)
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets informatiques
  • Maitrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (PMP, Hermes …)
  • Connaissances en méthodologie Scrum, certification considérée comme un atout
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et à faire preuve de diplomatie
  • Autonomie, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, forte adaptabilité et résistance au stress
  • Goût pour le travail en équipe et intérêt pour le secteur public
  • Maîtrise du français requise
