Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Analista de Cobrança por aqui?

  • Ser a pessoa responsável por centralizar, mapear e acompanhar todos os casos de valores devidos por produtores (multas de exclusividade, aportes, adiantamentos e patrocínios).
  • Assumir a comunicação formal em cenários de quebra contratual, atuando como a ponte entre os times relacionais (CS, Comercial e MKT) e a operação financeira para preservar o relacionamento comercial da empresa.
  • Acompanhar o farol de aportes e confirmar manualmente o momento exato em que um caso vira gatilho crítico para início da cobrança.
  • Calcular com precisão os montantes devidos, aplicando correções monetárias pelo IPCA, cálculo de benefícios pagos, performance de vendas e valores integrais a serem reembolsados.
  • Conduzir a régua de notificações e tentativas de contato conforme o padrão operacional, interagindo com as áreas de apoio envolvidas.
  • Estruturar o handoff documentado com histórico e memória de cálculo para o escritório terceiro nos casos não resolvidos, além de reportar dashboards e pipelines de recuperação para a diretoria.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso de time de Negociações?

  • Possuir formação superior completa em Direito, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Ter experiência prévia consolidada em operações de cobrança, contas a receber, gestão de contratos ou negociação de dívidas.
  • Dominar o uso de planilhas para elaboração de cálculos financeiros, correções monetárias e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Demonstrar perfil analítico e altamente organizado para gerenciar múltiplos casos em paralelo garantindo o cumprimento de prazos operacionais.
  • Apresentar excelente comunicação interpessoal, postura firme e inteligência emocional para conduzir conversas diretas com clientes em situações de conflito ou negociações sensíveis.

Será um show de diferencial se você tiver:

  • Conhecimento prático e vivência operacional com ferramentas de CRM, especialmente o HubSpot.
  • Experiência anterior em empresas de tecnologia, marketplaces, setor de entretenimento ou ecossistema de eventos.
  • Familiaridade com etapas de notificação extrajudicial, acionamento de garantias e suporte a processos de ajuizamento de cobrança.
