Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Estagiário(a) em LDR por aqui?

  • Contribuir ativamente no desenho de estratégias de prospecção, realizando pesquisas de mercado e análise detalhada de concorrentes.
  • Atuar com um perfil bem investigativo na internet para mapear informações e gerar listas inteligentes de potenciais clientes.
  • Utilizar ferramentas digitais para qualificar leads e validar o potencial das contas antes de qualquer abordagem.
  • Entrar em contato direto com os leads para validar dados levantados e identificar os melhores pontos de conexão para o negócio.
  • Apoiar na análise de dados para definição do Perfil Ideal de Cliente (ICP) da Sympla, cuidando da gestão do banco de dados e da construção de relatórios.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso de time de Facilities?

  • Estar cursando ensino superior (graduação ou tecnólogo).
  • Ter perfil investigativo apurado para buscar informações.
  • Excelente comunicação, facilidade para se relacionar com pessoas e muita clareza ao falar.
  • Ser organizado, comprometido e ter forte atenção aos detalhes no gerenciamento de dados.
  • Ter perfil analítico e facilidade para compreender rapidamente a dinâmica do nosso negócio.

Será um show de diferencial se você tiver:

  • Conhecimento prévio ou alguma noção prática mexendo na plataforma HubSpot.
  • Facilidade e domínio intermediário com planilhas no Excel.
  • Alguma experiência anterior ou proximidade com o mercado de eventos.
