Estamos selecionando um Analista de FP&A Sênior para integrar o time de uma organização de grande porte em expansão. Buscamos um profissional analítico, com visão holística do negócio e forte capacidade de transformar dados financeiros em inteligência estratégica para apoiar a tomada de decisão da alta liderança.

O que você vai fazer

  • Planejamento Financeiro: Liderar os processos de construção e acompanhamento do Orçamento Anual (Budget), Previsões Móveis (Forecast) e Plano Estratégico de Longo Prazo.
  • Análise de Desempenho: Elaborar e analisar os relatórios de DRE, Fluxo de Caixa e Balanço Patrimonial, realizando a leitura de variações (Actual vs. Budget / Actual vs. Forecast).
  • Parceria com o Negócio (Business Partner): Atuar próximo às áreas operacionais e comerciais, suportando os gestores no controle de custos, análise de margens e identificação de eficiências.
  • Modelagem e Cenários: Desenvolver modelos financeiros de alta complexidade para análise de viabilidade de novos projetos, investimentos (Capex), valoração e estudos de impacto econômico.
  • Reporte Executivo: Construir dashboards, indicadores financeiros (KPIs) e apresentações para o Conselho de Administração e Reuniões de Diretoria.

O que buscamos:

  • Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Sólida atuação na área de FP&A, Controladoria ou Finanças Corporativas em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Excel e PowerPoint: Nível avançado para modelagem financeira ágil e criação de apresentações executivas visualmente impactantes.
  • Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio em contabilidade gerencial e integração entre DRE, Fluxo de Caixa e Balanço Patrimonial.
  • Ferramentas: Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS ou similares) e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau ou equivalentes).
  • Perfil: Forte raciocínio analítico, comunicação clara e assertiva para interface com a liderança e postura proativa.

O que será um diferencial

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA na área de Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão do Negócio.
  • Idioma Inglês avançado ou fluente.
  • Experiência prévia com softwares de planejamento financeiro (ex.: Anaplan, Hyperion, Pigment) ou participação em processos de M&A e reestruturação.
