Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Analista de Sales Operations Sênior por aqui?

  • Garantir a saúde do pipeline e a previsibilidade: Monitorar métricas de vendas (win rate, stage velocity, cycle time), mantendo a higiene do CRM e gerando dados consolidados para o forecast de receitas.
  • Construir inteligência de dados: Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards no Metabase e HubSpot, rastreando KPIs estratégicos e realizando análises exploratórias para identificar gargalos e oportunidades.
  • Otimizar processos comerciais: Mapear e evoluir workflows para uma equipe de ~30 sales reps, eliminando fricções operacionais, documentando playbooks e garantindo a adoção das ferramentas.
  • Inovar com Inteligência Artificial: Identificar rotinas operacionais com potencial de automação, prototipando e implementando soluções baseadas em IA para escalar a eficiência do time.
  • Evoluir o ecossistema de ferramentas: Avaliar, cotar e defender a contratação de novas tecnologias para a operação de vendas quando necessário.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso de time de [ÁREA DE ATUAÇÃO]?

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência prévia em Sales Operations, RevOps ou funções analíticas correlatas.
  • Proficiência avançada em HubSpot (gestão de workflows, automações e arquitetura de CRM).
  • Excelência técnica em SQL ou Python para manipulação e análise profunda de dados.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados (com foco em Metabase).
  • Graduação concluída em Engenharia, Matemática, Física, Economia ou áreas exatas equivalentes.
  • Comunicação fluida com perfis técnicos e não-técnicos, com alto nível de autonomia e conforto em cenários ambíguos.

Será um show de diferencial se você tiver:

  • Vivência no mercado SaaS B2B ou empresas de crescimento acelerado.
  • Conhecimento prático em IA Generativa aplicada à automação operacional, Machine Learning ou modelos preditivos.
  • Portfólio de projetos ou contribuições em comunidades (ex: GitHub) com soluções de dados e automação.
  • Histórico comprovado de redesenho e otimização de processos em ambientes voláteis.
