Como vai ser seu dia a dia como ANALISTA COMERCIAL SÊNIOR por aqui?

  • Liderar negociações estratégicas, conduzindo deals complexos com clientes de maior porte (perfil enterprise);
  • Atuar de forma consultiva, realizando diagnósticos aprofundados e construindo propostas de valor personalizadas;
  • Gerenciar e evoluir o pipeline com foco em previsibilidade, priorização de oportunidades e eficiência comercial;
  • Desenvolver e expandir contas estratégicas, identificando novas oportunidades de receita dentro da base;
  • Conduzir ciclos de vendas mais longos, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders e decisões estruturadas;
  • Analisar indicadores de performance e gerar insights para otimização de resultados comerciais;
  • Influenciar decisões internas a partir de aprendizados de mercado, clientes e negociações;
  • Atuar como referência técnica dentro do time, elevando o nível das discussões comerciais.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso de time de COMERCIAL?

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em vendas B2B, com atuação em negociações consultivas;
  • Experiência na área esportiva;
  • Vivência com softwares de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas do Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) e Google Workspace (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides);
  • Experiência estruturada em gestão de funil de vendas (pipeline), com acompanhamento de indicadores, previsibilidade e evolução de oportunidades.

Será um show de diferencial se você tiver:

  • Forte habilidade em gestão de contas estratégicas e relacionamento com grandes clientes;
  • Capacidade analítica para leitura de indicadores e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Experiência com negociações complexas e contratos de alto valor no setor de entretenimento ou ticketing;
  • Paixão por construir relacionamentos duradouros e gerar impacto financeiro positivo.
