Como vai ser seu dia a dia como Desenvolvedor(a) Front-End Sênior por aqui?

  • Desenvolver e otimizar aplicações web escaláveis e performáticas, garantindo alta qualidade na experiência do usuário.
  • Atuar na arquitetura de front-end, garantindo boas práticas, reutilização de código e eficiência na manutenção.
  • Liderar iniciativas técnicas, propondo soluções inovadoras e melhores práticas para o time.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com designers, back-end engineers e PMs para criar produtos robustos e com excelente usabilidade.
  • Mentorar e apoiar desenvolvedores menos experientes, promovendo uma cultura de aprendizado contínuo.
  • Conduzir revisões de código e garantir a qualidade do software, seguindo padrões modernos de desenvolvimento.
  • Implementar e manter testes automatizados, garantindo confiabilidade e estabilidade nas entregas.
  • Identificar gargalos de performance e oportunidades de otimização, garantindo aplicações rápidas e acessíveis.
  • Participar ativamente das decisões estratégicas de tecnologia, ajudando a definir a evolução do front-end na Sympla.

O que você precisa saber para se juntar ao nosso time de Tecnologia?

  • Sólida experiência com HTML, CSS (SASS, Styled Components, Tailwind) e JavaScript moderno (ES6+).
  • Domínio de React.js (ou forte experiência em frameworks como Vue.js/Angular com disposição para migrar para React).
  • Experiência avançada em gerenciamento de estado (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
  • Profundo conhecimento em performance web, otimização de rendering e acessibilidade.
  • Experiência com testes automatizados (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).
  • Familiaridade com arquitetura de aplicações front-end e melhores práticas de escalabilidade.
  • Experiência com SSR e SSG utilizando Next.js.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em consumo de APIs REST e GraphQL.
  • Experiência com CI/CD e ferramentas de automação.
  • Fluência com Git e processos de versionamento em times ágeis.
  • Diferenciais: experiência com Design System, WebAssembly, Web Components e boas práticas de segurança no front-end.
