Buscamos um Analista de Suporte Júnior para realizar atendimentos aos nossos clientes via chat, e-mail e ligação, garantindo a satisfação e entregas de qualidade dentro do prazo estipulado.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

  • Realizar atendimentos aos clientes através de e-mail, chat, telefone;
  • Registrar todos os atendimentos realizados;
  • Fazer acessos remotos para resolução dos atendimentos;
  • Pesquisar e encontrar soluções para o cliente;
  • Encaminhar os atendimentos não solucionados para o próximo nível;
  • Desenvolver documentação de rotinas que melhorem a operação do software, assim como desenvolver documentação da base de conhecimento;
  • Executar qualquer outra atividade que, por sua natureza, esteja inserida no âmbito das atribuições pertinentes ao cargo e/ou área.

CONHECIMENTOS SÓLIDOS EM

  • Conhecimento em informática.

COMO ME DESTACO

  • Experiência em suporte à sistemas ERP;
  • Experiência em acessos remotos;
  • Técnico ou Superior em curso em T.I ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente
