Sua missão na posição de Analista de Suporte será garantir o suporte técnico eficaz aos usuários dos sistemas da empresa, atuando de forma proativa na resolução de problemas, esclarecimento de dúvidas e otimização do uso das funcionalidades dos sistemas PDV, VRFRENTE e TEF, contribuindo diretamente para a satisfação do cliente e a estabilidade operacional.

Atividades principais:

Atender clientes via ferramentas remotas (telefone, chat, acesso remoto, sistema de tickets).

Diagnosticar, analisar e resolver chamados técnicos relacionados ao módulo PDV.

Realizar testes de versões para identificação e correção de bugs.

Acompanhar desempenho técnico via portal interno.

Sugerir ajustes no sistema visando otimização de funcionalidades.

Garantir a aplicação de normas, políticas e procedimentos da empresa.

Cuidar da organização do local de trabalho e dos materiais sob sua responsabilidade.

Cumprir as políticas/procedimentos/normas relativos à empresa, processo de trabalho e aos sistemas de gestão implementados.

Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho conforme necessidade operacional.
