Votre mission

Nous recherchons un Lead QA spécialisé en automatisation des tests pour définir et structurer la stratégie d'automatisation au sein d'un programme de transformation technologique majeur.

Vous serez responsable de la cohérence des pratiques, de la gouvernance des frameworks d'automatisation et de l'industrialisation des tests de non-régression.

Vos responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie d'automatisation des tests de non-régression.
  • Concevoir et harmoniser les standards d'automatisation.
  • Définir l'architecture et les principes de gouvernance des frameworks de test.
  • Orienter les choix techniques et garantir la cohérence des solutions retenues.
  • Améliorer la couverture, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité des tests automatisés.
  • Favoriser l'intégration de l'automatisation dans les chaînes de livraison logicielle.
  • Accompagner les ingénieurs QA et les équipes projet dans l'application des standards.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'industrialisation et d'amélioration continue.

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en automatisation des tests et en pilotage technique.
  • Expertise dans la conception ou l'évolution de frameworks d'automatisation.
  • Solide maîtrise des stratégies de tests de non-régression.
  • Bonne compréhension des pratiques d'intégration et de déploiement continus.
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions d'architecture et à définir des standards techniques.
  • Aptitude à accompagner techniquement plusieurs équipes.

Une expérience dans un environnement bancaire ou sur des applications critiques sera appréciée.
