Votre mission

Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation technologique majeur, nous recherchons un Responsable des tests de performance et de résilience pour concevoir et structurer les dispositifs permettant d'évaluer la performance, la capacité et la robustesse des applications.

Vous interviendrez sur des systèmes critiques, avec l'objectif d'anticiper les risques techniques et de renforcer leur fiabilité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie et les standards des tests de performance et de résilience.
  • Concevoir les scénarios de tests de charge, de stress et de limites de capacité.
  • Structurer les méthodes de validation du comportement des applications en situation dégradée.
  • Définir les indicateurs, seuils et critères d'acceptation des performances.
  • Analyser les résultats et identifier les goulets d'étranglement.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et d'infrastructure pour améliorer les performances.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des pratiques de tests de performance.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la stabilité et de la résilience des systèmes.

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en tests de performance, de charge et de résilience.
  • Expertise dans la conception de stratégies de tests techniques.
  • Bonne compréhension des architectures applicatives et des systèmes distribués.
  • Capacité à analyser les indicateurs de performance et à identifier les risques.
  • Expérience dans la définition de référentiels et de standards techniques.
  • Capacité à travailler avec les équipes de développement, d'infrastructure et d'exploitation.

Une expérience dans les services financiers ou sur des applications critiques sera particulièrement appréciée.
