  • Exposure to tools supporting value-stream mapping, outcome tracking, team health assessments, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with automated metrics collection and delivery-performance reporting.

Equivalent tools and platforms may be considered where they provide comparable capabilities.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Guide executive leadership, middle management, delivery teams, and Agile practitioners on Agile mindset, values, principles, and cultural evolution.
  • Drive multi-team and cross-department scaling using frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum-at-Scale.
  • Support the application of LeSS and other appropriate scaling practices where relevant to organizational needs.

  • Use Jira or comparable enterprise tooling to improve transparency and track team, program, and enterprise-level progress.
  • Identify systemic blockers and coordinate their resolution across organizational, process, technology, dependency, and governance boundaries.
  • Align Agile delivery practices with strategic business value, customer outcomes, quality expectations, and organizational goals.
  • Promote sustainable delivery by supporting manageable workloads, efficient collaboration, reduced rework, continuous learning, and responsible use of delivery resources.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
