Job Description

Im Rahmen einer auf 24 Monate befristeten Position unterstützen Sie als ERP & Warehouse Transformation Specialist (m/w/d) die Einführung von SAP als einheitliches ERP-System und begleiten die Überführung unserer Lager- und Bestandsprozesse von Microsoft Dynamics NAV in die vorgegebene SAP-Landschaft. Dabei analysieren Sie bestehende Prozesse und Datenstrukturen, prüfen die im SAP-Projekt definierten Abläufe bereits in der Prototypenphase auf ihre praktische Umsetzbarkeit und identifizieren notwendige lokale Anpassungen, Datenbedarfe sowie Abweichungen. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management und IT-SAP leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und nachhaltigen Verankerung der neuen SAP-Prozesse.

Responsibilities

  • Aufnahme und Dokumentation bestehender Lager- und Bestandsprozesse im aktuellen ERP-System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Unterstützung bei der Migration von Daten und Prozessen nach SAP durch Analyse von Material-, Artikel- und Bestandsdaten sowie Bereinigung und Harmonisierung von Stamm- und Bestandsdaten
  • Mitarbeit in Workshops zur Validierung der vorgegebenen SAP-Prozesse und Vorbereitung der lokalen Implementierung
  • Ableitung erforderlicher Prozessanpassungen aus dem SAP-Zielbild und frühzeitige Verankerung der Veränderungen im Team zur Unterstützung eines erfolgreichen Change Managements
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in konkrete Umsetzungs- und Klärungsbedarfe innerhalb des vorgegebenen SAP-Rahmens
  • Durchführung von Tests und Plausibilitätsprüfungen im SAP-Prototypen sowie Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Handlungsbedarfen
  • Identifikation von Prozessabweichungen und Datenqualitätsproblemen
  • Unterstützung bei Schulungen, der Go-Live-Vorbereitung und der Hypercare-Phase
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Lager, Beschaffung sowie Prozess- und Stammdatenmanagement

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik, Materialwirtschaft oder Supply Chain Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse von ERP-Systemen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision und/oder SAP
  • Hohes Interesse an Daten, Systemen und Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität für Stammdaten, Bestände und Datenqualität
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Sie arbeiten pragmatisch und teamorientiert und haben Freude daran, gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen die vorgegebenen SAP-Prozesse zu validieren und praxistauglich lokal umzusetzen
  • Sie verstehen sich als Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereich, Prozessen und Systemen und treiben Veränderungen aktiv voran
