Cerchiamo un/una Indirect Sourcing Specialist Real Estate, Facilities & Energy, ambizioso/a, proattivo/a e con un forte orientamento ai risultati per il nostro team Indirect Procurement in Italia.

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione strategica delle categorie di spesa Real Estate, Facility Management ed Energy, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei costi, allo sviluppo delle relazioni con i fornitori e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e sostenibilità. Riporterà direttamente all'Head of Indirect Sourcing Italy e collaborerà con i Group Category Manager e con gli stakeholder locali. [annuncio s...a acquisti | Word]

Questa posizione offrirà l'opportunità di influenzare decisioni strategiche di sourcing, guidare iniziative di saving e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei servizi a supporto delle attività aziendali. Il candidato ideale saprà combinare solide capacità negoziali, approccio analitico e orientamento al risultato in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

Principali Responsabilità

Sourcing e Qualifica dei Fornitori

Ricercare, valutare e qualificare nuovi fornitori nelle categorie Real Estate, Facilities ed Energy, garantendo un panel fornitori competitivo, affidabile e orientato all'innovazione.

Gestione delle Partnership

Costruire e consolidare relazioni strategiche con i fornitori chiave, monitorandone le performance e promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento continuo e creazione di valore.

Negoziazione e Contrattazione

Condurre gare e negoziazioni commerciali per garantire le migliori condizioni economiche e contrattuali, assicurando il corretto equilibrio tra costo, qualità del servizio e mitigazione dei rischi.

Analisi di Mercato e Definizione delle Strategie

Monitorare i mercati di riferimento, individuare opportunità di ottimizzazione e collaborare con i Group Category Manager nella definizione e implementazione delle strategie di categoria.

Gestione delle Categorie Facilities & Energy

Supportare la gestione delle principali categorie legate ai servizi di facility management, tra cui pulizie, gestione rifiuti, manutenzioni e utilities. Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni per identificare opportunità di efficienza operativa, riduzione dei costi e miglioramento della sostenibilità.

Supporto Operativo e Reporting

Fungere da punto di riferimento per gli stakeholder interni, garantendo un'efficace gestione delle richieste di procurement e assicurando un reporting accurato relativo a spesa, saving, contratti e performance dei fornitori.

Requisiti

Formazione

  • Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza in ruoli di Strategic Sourcing, Category Management o Procurement.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di categorie di servizi indiretti.
  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nelle categorie Real Estate, Facility Management o Energy.

Competenze

  • Spiccate capacità analitiche, negoziali e di gestione degli stakeholder.
  • Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in organizzazioni complesse e matriciali.
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Approccio data-driven e orientamento alla creazione di valore.

Lingue

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • La conoscenza del tedesco costituisce un plus.

Strumenti

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di ERP, preferibilmente SAP.
  • La conoscenza di piattaforme di e-sourcing costituisce un plus.
