Das SYNLAB MVZ Labor München Zentrum in der Schwanthalerstraße sucht für sofort einen neuen Teamplayer zur Unterstützung der Abteilung. Als wichtiger Teil unseres kollegialen Teams leisten Sie durch Ihre eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Laborproben einen entscheidenden Beitrag, damit für unsere Patienten die richtigen Diagnosen und Behandlungspläne erstellt werden können. Werden auch Sie Teil unseres Teams und lassen Sie uns gemeinsam die Diagnostik der Zukunft gestalten!

Arbeiten mitten im Herzen von München!

Responsibilities

  • Probenannahme und Auspacken eingehender Aufträge
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung eingehender Aufträge (Notfälle, Routine)
  • Abklärung unklarer Aufträge mit der Clearingstelle
  • Digitalisierung der Auftragsbelege
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten präanalytischen Aufbereitung und Weiterleitung von Probenmaterial
  • manuelle Probenverteilung und Bedienung der Probenverarbeitungssysteme (Laborautomation für prä- und postanalytische Verfahren)
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Bearbeitung von Studienproben/Sondermaterial
  • Teilnahme an internen Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem medizinischen Bereich wie z.B. Medizinische Fachangestellte oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Zuverlässiges, schnelles und genaues Arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

Arbeitszeiten:

  • 40 Std. Woche von Montag bis Freitag
  • tägliche Arbeitszeit von 11:30 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr
  • Bei Bedarf Spätdienst bis 21:00 Uhr - Arbeitsbeginn ist entsprechend später
  • Zusätzlich Samstagdienst, max. einmal im Monat mit Arbeitszeit 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 13:00 Uhr
