1、预算管控：协助公司年度预算的制定，审核月度预算执行情况，组织经营分析复盘，提出经营优化建议，按公司要求进行滚动预测； 2、经营复盘：组织编制对口业务部门月度管报表、经营分析报告，及对外口径管理报表数据； 3、流程审批：审核审批财务相关流程，并对ROI情况进行审核控制； 4、制度优化：组织制定、完善公司财务管理有关制度，并监督执行；优化业务流程； 5、业务支持：梳理及处理业务部门涉及的财务相关问题，为业务部门提供财务支持； 6、团队管理：按照公司管理手册及工作方法，落实下属团队的日常管理；

1、经验/技能要求： ① 本科及以上学历，财会、经济类相关专业；5年以上财务管理、经营分析等相关工作经验，有互联网公司财务BP管理经验尤佳；拥有中级会计师及以上职称，注册会计师优先考虑； ② 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验，熟悉国家的财经法律、法规、规章制度和方针、政策； ③ 精通企业财务管理与内控体系，能有效防范公司财务风险； ④ 出色的语言沟通，思维逻辑清晰，协调跨部门沟通，能够适应快速变化的企业环境，抗压能力强； ⑤ 能够识人用人开人，激发团队协作能力、善于建设人才培养体系和搭建人才梯队。 2、个性标签：业务视角、财务经营分析、预算管控、经营复盘
