一、KOC 内容策划（核心，约 70%） 负责新品洗发水抖音 KOC 内容的整体策略、选题规划和内容方向，围绕产品卖点策划可挂链、能转化的种草内容（测评、场景剧情、好物分享、对比演示等）； 提炼并转化产品卖点，撰写 KOC 投放 brief、视频脚本、口播话术、标题文案及评论区引导话术，确保卖点表达准确、口语化、可直接使用； 结合抖音热点、平台玩法和目标人群（男士自用、女性为对象购买 / 偷用等场景）持续产出内容创意，提升内容的种草力和转化效率； 审核 KOC 产出的脚本与成片，把控内容质量、卖点准确性和品牌调性，跟进修改直至发布； 沉淀可复用的爆款脚本模板、金句话术库和内容方法论，赋能规模化投放。 二、KOC 账号反选与媒介对接（兼岗，约 30%） 根据产品定位和目标人群，制定 KOC 账号筛选与评估标准，独立完成账号的寻找、评估与反选（粉丝画像、内容调性、带货数据、挂链转化、性价比等）； 对接内部筛号机构，完成建联、报价谈判、寄样、排期、合同 / 结算等全流程跟进； 维护达人合作关系，持续拓展优质、高性价比的 KOC 资源。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、新闻传播、中文等相关专业优先； 2 年及以上抖音内容营销、达人 / KOC 种草或短视频策划相关经验，有个护、美妆、男士理容、快消品类经验者优先； 3、熟悉抖音平台规则、内容生态及电商挂链机制（精选联盟、商品橱窗、小黄车等）。

专业能力 网感好、能写：熟悉抖音爆款内容逻辑，能独立产出种草脚本和口播文案，文字有感染力、口语化； 卖点转化能力：能快速理解产品，把成分、功效等专业信息翻译成消费者听得懂、愿意买的表达； 账号判断力：能透过数据辨别账号真实质量与人群匹配度，反选出高性价比 KOC； 沟通对接能力：可独立对接达人 / MCN，具备一定的谈判议价和流程推进能力； 数据敏感度：熟练使用 Excel 及投放后台，能基于数据复盘并提出优化方案； 执行力强：能同时并行跟进多个 KOC 项目，工作细致、有条理、不掉链子。
