负责全渠道客户履约，统筹全渠道（直营、KA、电商、经销商）的货品流转，与基于仓库的货品订单管理，涵盖订单处理、在途追踪、库存调拨及异常处理，以保障交付时效，并提供销售运营支持； 1.全渠道客户履约与订单执行:负责从中心仓发出的TOB和TOC端调拨与订单执行,确保库存精准流转与高效交付;负责品牌线下门店、线下渠道、唯品会、京东等全渠道的分货、补货、调货、换货及退货业务执行,确保货品及时响应市场需求 2.配额管理与异常处理:负责配额异常的识别与处理,协调解解决相关问题 3.库存监控:定期核查平台合、直营店、KA渠道的进销存数据(PSSI),排查数据差异并完成修正处理,确保账货一致;执行线下月结工作,每月对E3、HIERMES系统中的库存异常进行深度核查、原因分析及差异调整 4.库存盘点:支持供应计划年度盘点计划,制定所负责渠道仓的盘点计划,与仓库对接,核对库存差异原因,输出盘点结果 5.系统数据维护:负责对接企划部或产品端,收集并整理新产品的基础信息(如大贸中文标签内容、贴标位置规范等);执行E3系统的商品信息上传工作乍,包括价格更新、商品目录信息的日常维护与纠错 6.跨部门协作与流程对接:作为销售支持与中后台部门的枢纽,协调财务、技术、客服等部门处理跨部门协作事项,解决业务流程中的堵点 7.品牌退货管理:建立渠道退货数据监控机制,定期提取并分析各渠道退货率、退货原因分布,输出分析报告驱动业务改进;统筹处理退货申请,实时跟踪退货物流轨迹、仓库收货确认及质检进度,确保退货流转不滞留;根据质检结果协同相关部门落实退货处理方案(返修、报废、重新上架、换货或退款),监督执行时效,确保库存状态及时更新

1、经验/技能要求 ①本科及以上学历，3年以上跨境货品管理或国际物流经验，熟悉从仓库到客户的完整链路 ②数据能力强，熟练使用Excel或数据分析工具，能独立出具库存/物流分析报表 ③有美妆或奢品行业货品管理经验优先 ④熟悉进出口报关流程或国际货运法规 2、个性标签：英语或法语可作为工作语言，能独立处理海外业务沟通
