1. 负责根据公司产品海外销售布局（重点欧盟、美国），精准确认化妆品检验项目、检验周期，统筹产品送检全流程，负责检验报告的整理、审核、归档，确保检验环节合规可追溯，适配海外市场准入要求。 2. 负责产品全链路合规审核，重点对产品标签标识、说明书、宣传进行全面合规把控； 3. 负责化妆品配方合规审核，结合欧盟、美国原料管控规范（如欧盟REACH法规、美国FDA原料要求），核查配方合规性并提出优化建议； 4. 负责化妆品在欧盟、美国的登记备案全流程工作，包括但不限于欧盟CPSR、PIF资料的编制、审核、提交，欧盟CPNP通报、美国FDA Product List登记，确保备案/登记高效落地、按时完成。 5. 负责欧盟、美国化妆品相关法规、政策的动态追踪、收集与更新，建立法规动态台账，及时同步至研发、业务等相关部门，开展法规宣贯与指导； 6. 配合公司海外业务拓展，提供合规技术支持，解答各部门海外法规相关疑问，协助处理海外合规突发问题；

1、本科及以上学历、化学，药学相关专业，具备3年以上欧盟和美国化妆品的法规工作经验； 2、中英文为工作语言，具备流利的中英文读写、沟通能力，熟悉海外文化，有海外留学、海外合规工作经验者优先； 3、精通欧盟（EC 1223/2009法规、CPNP通报、CPSR/PIF编制规范）、美国（FDA化妆品法规、Product List登记要求）化妆品相关法规、政策及行业标准，能独立完成备案资料编制、合规审核、法规解读工作。 4、办公软件操作技能：能熟练操作日常办公软件（Xmind、Excel、PPT、Word），借助办公软件能快速进行数据处理，SOP编写，操作表格制定，PPT方案。 5、综合素质：具备严谨细致的工作态度、较强的责任心和执行力，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能独立处理合规相关事务，应对海外合规突发情况。
