The posting

1. 负责品牌短视频挂车业务，拆解月度/周度销售与达人合作计划，跟进项目进度、回款及风险； 2. 基于品牌定位与商品特点明确达人画像，拓展维KOC/KOL及内容型达人资源池； 3. 负责达人报价谈判、合作条件确认、定档排期与发布履约，推动合作上线及销售转化； 4. 完成达人稿件审核，平衡品牌诉求和达人要求； 5. 跟进达人发布与销售结果，跟进品牌投放ROI效果。

1. 经验/技能要求：专科及以上学历，有1年以上相关工作经验，了解主流投放平台基础规则，有操作媒体平台筛选、应用工具（星图、飞瓜、千瓜、蒲公英、花火等）的能力，对合作效果有一定预估，熟悉美妆类达人报价以及合作流程和规则； 2. 个性标签：皮实度较佳、有目标感、统筹力强、沟通和谈判能力较好，逻辑性强、主动闭环。
