资深媒介策划（小红书方向） 工作地点：长沙 / 上海 所属部门：品牌市场部 汇报对象：品牌市场部负责人 岗位性质：全职 岗位职责 媒介策略与预算规划：负责品牌小红书平台的种草投放策略制定，独立对发布节奏与投放效果负责；主导季度 / 月度预算拆解（达人预算与投流预算配比），制定投放指标、账号矩阵及内容样本分配，并与渠道端对齐手搜 UV 进店等生意指标。 达人筛选与定档：基于品牌内容样本与目标人群画像，筛选优质达人账号，把控账号量级、类型与内容匹配度；确定达人档期与发布节奏，联动集团达人对接机构完成询价、建联与合作确认。 投放执行与数据复盘：监控小红星成本、CPE/CPC、爆文率、搜索进店 UV 等过程指标，输出周 / 月度投放复盘，持续沉淀可复用的投放模型与爆文公式。 人群与链路优化：基于达摩盘、平台灵犀等工具分析人群流转与核心人群渗透，优化 "种草 - 搜索 - 转化" 链路，提升投放的人群精准度与生意转化。 跨部门协作拉通：与内容、投流、渠道团队深度协作，拉齐 "媒介 - 内容 - 投流" 整体画面，建立高效的协作 SOP 与争议决策机制，确保各端口目标一致、链路畅通。

本科及以上学历，3 年以上媒介策划经验，美妆 / 个护行业优先，有高端护肤品牌投放经验者加分。 精通小红书平台投放逻辑，熟悉小红星、蒲公英合作、达人筛选与投放机制，具备完整的媒介链路能力。 数据敏感度高，熟练使用生意参谋、达摩盘、平台灵犀、千瓜 / 飞瓜等数据工具，能独立完成投放复盘与人群分析。 具备内容审美与用户洞察能力，能从内容视角判断账号与素材质量，推动 "好内容 + 好账号" 的组合落地。 结果导向，抗压能力强，具备出色的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能在多线并行中抓住主要矛盾、高效推进。
