Deine Mission

In dieser Rolle sicherst Du den operativen Suppport Betrieb unserer OpenStack-basierten Cloud-Infrastruktur und übernimmst gleichzeitig die technische End-to-End-Verantwortung für eigene Assets in diesem Kontext. Du kombinierst tiefgehende Fehleranalyse und Lösung mit handfesten Engineering-Aufgaben, um interne Tooling-Landschaften zu entwickeln und Support-Prozesse zu automatisieren. Damit garantierst Du eine zuverlässige Ressourcenbereitstellung und leistest einen direkten Beitrag für die opensouce community und der digitalen Souveränität.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und selbstständige Lösung komplexer technischer Kundensupportanfragen rund um unsere Cloud-Services (OpenStack, Kubernetes, S3, DBaaS)
  • Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Pflege der zentralen Support-Infrastruktur (Ticketsystem, Statuspage, Eventmanagement-Tools)
  • Analyse von Support-Trends zur Identifikation struktureller Engpässe sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Produkt- und Prozessoptimierung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Tool-Verbesserungen und Automatisierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung der internen Support-Prozesse
  • Erstellung, Erweiterung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen für die interne und externe Wissensdatenbank
  • Evaluation neuer Werkzeuge und Übernahme spezifischer Engineering-Aufgaben im Bereich der Asset Management und Entwicklung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fundierte Praxis in der Systemadministration von Debian basierten Linux-Derivaten (Ubuntu, RHEL) sowie sicherer Umgang mit der Kommandozeile (Bash, Shell-Scripting)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik (LAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalling) und im Betrieb elementarer Basisdienste (DNS, DHCP, SSH, VPN, WWW, FTP)
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Überwachung komplexer Systeme (Icinga, Zabbix, Prometheus) sowie im Umgang mit modernen Backup-Strategien
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und vermittelnde Teamplayer-Mentalität mit Fokus auf abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und hohe Lösungsqualität
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) sowie relevante Kenntnisse im Cloud- oder Netzwerkumfeld (LPIC1/2, CKA, LFCS, RHCE, RHOS)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2 Niveau)
