Deine Mission

In unserer technologiezentrierten Domäne agierst Du als strategisches Bindeglied und Trusted Advisor zur Sicherung des langfristigen Erfolgs unserer Kund:innen in komplexen Cloud-Projekten. Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Projektbetreuung vom Onboarding bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Dabei koordinierst Du die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, steuerst u. A Eskalationen und verantwortest eine transparente sowie vollständige Dokumentation. Durch Deine proaktive Beratung und methodische Projektführung treibst du die strategischen Entwicklungsziele unserer Kund:innen voran und baust so nachhaltige, technologische Partnerschaften auf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und strategische Steuerung von Cloud-Projekten zur Erreichung der definierten Kunden-Entwicklungsziele
  • Proaktive Beratung von Kund:innen hinsichtlich Lösungsarchitekturen, Alternativszenarien und technischen Optimierungspotenzialen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Zentrale Koordination und Orchestrierung von Changes und Eskalationen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachexperten
  • Analyse von Projekt- und Kundendaten zur Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen und strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Übernahme des kaufmännischen Vertragsmanagements wie z.B. der Rechnungsprüfung sowie Führung von Verhandlungen zur nachhaltigen Kundenbindung
  • Kontinuierliches Monitoring der vereinbarten Projektziele (SLAs)

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis für moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen, technische Abläufe und IT-Prozesse (Erfahrungen im sicherheitskritischen Umfeld öffentlicher Auftraggeber sowie Kenntnisse relevanter BSI-Standards sind von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz gepaart mit souveränem Auftreten bei der Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte und Eskalationen
  • Praktische Expertise in der methodischen Projektsteuerung und Prozessorganisation (wie ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP oder IPMA)
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit mit klarem Fokus auf Struktur, Qualität und abteilungsübergreifende Team-Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) - und erweiterte (B2) Englischkenntnisse
